1. Start Portal and deploy audit-portlet and audit-hook
2. Sign in to Portal (Test Test for example)
3. Do something that is recorded by the Audit reports (such as creating a site or a user)
4. Go to the Control Panel > Audit Reports

Expected results:
Activity is listed in the reports and correctly identifies the user corresponding to an action

Actual results:
User sign-in is correctly recorded (user ID and user name are correct), but user ID and user name are not recorded for any other activity, the fields are left blank.
