Ability to Scope Directory Portlet to only display users that are a part of a user group, site, etc. that the user accessing the Portlet is a member of

It would be beneficial if the Directory Portlet could be scoped to only show users that the accessing user is already in a relationship with. For instance, if the user was a part of User Group A, then if the Directory Portlet was scoped to User Groups, only members of User Group A would display in the Portlet. The same could apply to Site Memberships, Organization Memberships, Teams, etc.

This would be beneficial in the sense that users could utilize the Directory Portlet without having full access to every user in the Portal.
