Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Message Boards portlet to a page.
2. Create a thread on the root category.
3. Click "Next" link in the thread.

Expected result:
The "Next" link should be disable and gray.

Actual result:
The "Next" link is clickable and it redirects to error page.
