Verify journal content search data clears articleId column

Reproduction steps:

1. create a web content
2. display it in a WCD portlet
3. Look at JournalContentSearch table in the DB. There should be a record with the portledId of the WCD and the articleId of the article.
4. Set verify.frequency = -1 in portal-ext.properties
5. Restart the portal.

Result: articleId is missing from the JornalContentSearch record.

Root cause: bad backport of LPS-27765
