      1. Sign in with Admin and go to Control Panel -> Sites
      2. Click on the checkbox close to Name
      3. The checkboxes of Global and your site (e.g. Liferay) will be checked.

      Expected result:
Either there should be no checkboxes for Global and Liferay, or they should not get checked when the All checkbox is checked.

      Actual result:
The checkboxes for Global and Liferay get checked when the All checkbox is checked and cannot be unchecked, these two are also not deletable so the UI is confusing.

It is OK, that nobody has permission to delete the Global and the default sites, but in this case there shouldn't be checkboxes. Move your mouse over these checkboxes (one near Global and Liferay), the icon of the mouse will change to a red, crossed circle, so you can't change it. The Delete button is grey (if only Global and Liferay are selected) and isn't clickable (which is correct as Global and Liferay should not be able to get checked).
