The search query is placed outside of the Knowledge Base Search portlet box when it is first added to the page.

These are the steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy knowledge base plugin
2. Add knowledge base search portlet
3. Assert knowledge base search query is not correctly set within portlet boundaries

Expected Result:
Search query is within portlet boundaries

Actual Result:
Search query is placed in a noticeably unusual location below search portlet (see attached image)

Refreshing page corrects this behavior. Creating a new page and adding the Knowledge Base search portlet revisits this behavior.
