On a mobile device, cannot table scroll in list view for Documents and Media in Site Administration

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add multiple documents to Documents and Media portlet in Site Administration
2. On a mobile device, navigate to the Documents and Media portlet in Site Administration
3. Change the display style to List
4. Swipe right and left over the table to scroll through it

Expected results:
It should be possible to scroll through the table

Actual results:
Cannot scroll through the table. It may work once or twice, but it will not work subsequently. It is still possible to scroll through the column headers, which will scroll the table, but it is not possible to scroll on the other part of the table.
