Dialog boxes in iFrame across portal are being cut off on the bottom. The Height is not being proportioned correctly.

1. Add the Calendar portlet
2. Add an event
3. Edit event
4. Flag "Repeat" checkbox
5. Assert that Repeating Event i-frame displays

Expected results: Repeating Event i-frame will display correctly.

Actual results: Repeating Event i-frame is cut off on the bottom of the screen.
