The save/cancel button misalignment also happens on the add portlet screen for consumers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy wsrp-portlet
2. Navigate to Control Panel > WSRP
3. Add a producer.

Expected result:
The "current" and "available" columns should be spaced out properly. The save and cancel buttons should be parallel with each other.

Actual result:
Those columns are scrunched together. The save button is slightly higher than the cancel button.
