Localize URL itself in case of pages of type URL - "Link to URL" typed pages

Please consider adding the feature to localize the url too in case Link to URL typed pages.

This would be good if the page on the other side of the link has translations too, so the user would be redirected to the translated page. Currently it is possible to add translations for the name and friendly url, but not to the link.

1. Click admin/Pages
2. Select Link to URL
3. Type an address, save
4. Edit the created page
5. You can add translated title and friendly url, but not the url itself
