Improve feedback when there is an error localizing layout friendly urls

Layout friendly urls can be localized in 6.2. However, when there is an error in the friendly url (because it contains invalid chars, or is duplicated or any other reason) the feedback provided to the user is not big, so there is no way he can know in which locale the error is.

It would be much useful if we provide more information to the user about the error.
