Double title name displays in D&M Display/Media Gallery portlet and title "test" is change to "Test".

1. Add Media Gallery& DM Display portlet to home page.
2. Click configuration -> flag all the checkboxs under Display Settings.
3. Click portlet title and change the name to "test".

Expected result:
It should be one title and name should be "test" instead of "Test" .

Actual result:
There are two titles in the portelt and the name change to "Test".
