Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Message Boards portlet and Asset Publisher portlet to a page.
2. Post a new thread on Message Boards.
3. Go to Asset Publisher Configuration > Setup > Display Settings.
4. Select Enable Ratings.
5. Save.
6. Click the tread on Asset Publisher.

Expected result:
The message ratings should display on top of view in context link.

Actual result:
The message ratings overlap with view in context link.
