Important: Reproducing of this ticket depends on LPS-42108 fix.

Reproduction steps:
1. Deploy OpenSocial plugin to your Liferay bundle.
2. Add OpenSocial Gadget Editor to a page.
3. Add a new entity
4. Fill content of this entity with a valid gadget content
5. Save this
6. Click on context menu and choose publish option

Nothing will happen and in the console will be next error: "TypeError: Liferay.Util._openWindow is not a function"
