Border style added to the "Nested Portlets" portlet is also added to actual nested portlets themselves

      Steps for reproduce:
      Styles added through the look and feel configuration apply not only to the "Nested Portlets" portlet but also to the contained portlets.

      1.1) Start up a default bundle and log in.
      1.2) Add the "Nested Portlets" portlet to the page.
      1.3) Open the "Look and Feel" menu for this portlet.
      1.4) In the "Portlet Configuration" tab, set "Show Borders" to "Yes".
      1.5) In the "Border Styles" tab, set border width to 10px, then save.
      1.6) Drag a portlet into the "Nested Portlets" portlet.
      1.7) Open the "Look and Feel" menu for this portlet.
      1.8) In the "Portlet Configuration" tab, set "Show Borders" to "Yes", then save.
      1.9) Refresh the page.
      1.10*) Note that both the outer "Nested Portlets" portlet and the inner portlet are both given the border assigned to the outer portlet.
