Steps for reproduce:
1) Start up a default bundle and log in.
2) Add the "Nested Portlets" portlet to the page.
3) Open the "Look and Feel" menu for this portlet.
4) In the "Portlet Configuration" tab, set "Show Borders" to "No", then save.
5) Drag a portlet into the "Nested Portlets" portlet.
6) Open the "Look and Feel" menu for this portlet.
7) In the "Portlet Configuration" tab, set "Show Borders" to "Yes", then save.
8) Refresh the page.
9) Open the "Look and Feel" menu for the outer portlet.
10*) Check the "Use Custom Title" box, and note that the input field is populated with the title of the contained portlet.
