Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy Akismet plugin
2. Get an API key
3. Go to > Control Panel > Akismet
4. Enter API Key and Enable Akismet for Message Boards
5. Through the Control Panel, post a message board thread

You will notice that the Mark as Spam is missing from the page

Expected Result:
User is able to mark threads as spam.

Actual Result:
User is unable to mark threads as spam.
