Git Pull Request:
1. Create a new user "ira"
2. Assign "ira" to "Liferay" site.
3. Navigate to Site Pages > Add Page.
4. Create page called "Test page 1".
5. Click on Test Page 1 from the page tree on left.
6. On the right, select layout to "3 Columns". Save.
7. On the right, select "Customization Settings" and select all three check boxes for the 3 columns. Save.
8. Sign-in as new user "ira."
9. Navigate to Test Page 1.
10. Add Hello World, and Hello Velocity portlets to page
11. Drag Hello World to column 2
12. Drag Hello Velocity over Hello World (not above it, but directly on top of the existing portlet)
13. Notice the "Stack overflow at line 1" message pop-up box in IE8, and stack overflow error message in console in newer browsers.
Notes:
- Happens in any layout with multiple customizable columns
- Happens only when you add a portlet for the first time and drag a portlet over
