1. Add Web Content Display and Web Content Search portlet in a page
2. Add a new web content(The searchable default is checked)
3. Click on Edit and uncheck the Searchable
4. Search new web content in Web Content Search

Expected result:
The new web content shouldn't be displayed in the search result.

Actual result:
The new web content is displayed in the search result.
