Steps for reproduce:

1. Go to Site Administration -> Web Content.
2. Add Basic Web Content.
3. Click Table in CKEditor.
4. Change Rows to a great number.
5. Click OK.

Actual result:
Browser break down.

Expected result:
Browser work fine.
