This issue is related to LPS-39969. Steps to reproduce it:
- access the portal with a 24-hour language, eg. http://localhost:8080/fr
- add the Calendar portlet
- add an event in the afternoon, setting the two time input boxes to 13:30 and 23:30, then save
When the edit form gets refreshed, those two input boxes incorrectly show their values as if they were in AM, that is 1:30 and 11:30. Even if you close the form and then reopen it trying to edit the booking, the problem remains.
Anyway, values are saved correctly and shown correctly everywhere else in the portlet.
