      Description

      When the user gets the mail with the attachment in the mail portlet, the attachment icon does not show until user reads the mail.

        Dale, while this will "fix" the issue, this will lead to poor performance. When adding any existing email account with many emails or even a few very large attachaments, this will make the portlet unusable because the portal will try and store every email and every attachment.

        The proper fix would be to find a way to detect if there is an attachment and store that info and NOT store the attachment.
