    Cannot test in Master because the UI is different
    This is a continuation of the fix provided in LPP-9109
    Steps:
    1. Start 6.1 EE GA2
    2. Add language portlet to a page.
    3. Change language to Arabic. This will change everything to right to left alignment.
    4. See Right to Left alignment issues in attached document.
