Regression Bug
Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Add a Basic Web Content through the control panel
- Navigate back to Liferay and create a new page
- Navigate to the new page and add a Web Content Display portlet
- Configure the WCD portlet to display the Basic Web Content you created
- Sign out
- Navigate to the new page as a guest user
Expected result:
By default the guest has View permissions for the WCD portlet and the content being displayed in that portlet. User should be able to see the portlet and the content.
Actual result:
The guest user has the proper view permissions described above, but cannot see the WCD portlet or its content. The new page appears empty.
