Searching does not include entities which are only viewable by owner

To recreate this issue:

1) Create a document
2) change the permission so that only the owner is able to view the document
3) search for the document.. it will never show up in search results (since the owner role is never included in the query)

(make sure that you are not logged in a the omni-admin user, since roles are not added into the query for this user)
