Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a user and set him as liferay site user
2. Subscribe him to blogs
3. With user test create a new blog entry
4. Assert that a mail is sent to user
5. Change blog entry permission and avoid site users to see this entry
6. Update the entry

Expected: Mail is not sent to user
Current: Mail is sent to user
