1. Drag and drop to create an event
2. Resize the created event block
3. Assert that event can be resized
4. Create an event with the Add Event button
5. Resize the created event block
6. Assert that event can be resized

Expected results: Created events will be allowed to be resized.

Actual results: Create events cannot be resized, please see attached gif for more details.
