As a User, I would like to better understand the behavior I can expect from selecting options in the Notifications Delivery Menu

      Description

      Currently, some of the descriptions of the notification options are a little confusing and don't fully explain the conditions under which a notification would be received. The wording needs to be updated. Initial proposal:

      Notification Delivery — rename this to Notification Delivery Settings, so it more obvious you can click this tab to update settings?

      Receive a notification (if enabled by admin) when someone...

      Documents and Media
      adds a new document in a folder you are subscribed to.
      updates a document you are subscribed to.

      Message Boards
      adds a new post in a thread or category you are subscribed to.
      updates a post you are subscribed to.

      Wiki
      adds a new wiki page in a wiki you are subscribed to.
      updates a wiki page you are subscribed to.

      Blogs
      adds a new blog entry in a blog you are subscribed to.
      updates a blog entry you are subscribed to.

      Web Content
      adds new content in a folder you are subscribed to.
      updates web content you are subscribed to.

      Comments
      adds a new comment to comments you are subscribed to.
      updates a comment you are subscribed to.

      Bookmarks
      adds a new bookmark in a folder you are subscribed to.
      updates a bookmark you are subscribed to.

          We should also add a little wording to explain that the admin or site admin may have configured their portlets to not send out notifications. Will work on something for that.

          Updated the wording to reflect that admin may not have this enabled. Additionally, we could add a tool tip with a message that says "You will not receive notifications for sites that have this feature disabled. Please contact your administrator for further details" if the above is not clear enough.

          PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

          1. Deploy the Notifications Portlet
          2. Navigate to the Notifications Counter > Notifications
          3. Assert you are at the Notifications Portlet and click on Notification Delivery
          4. Assert select options have the included text as outlined in the Story ticket
