Liferay Marketplace portlet is unable to load the Store and other Marketplace pages if the 3rd party cookies are enabled.
There is a Marketplace Unavailable error message after a while.
It would be good if the user was notified thet he needs to enable cookies in the browser to properly use the Marketplace:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Liferay
2. In Chrome go to Settings/Privacy/Content Settings/ Block third-party cookies and site data, mark the checkbox.
3. Go to Control Panel and browse the Marketplace portlet.
This happens on Liferay 6.2 EE
