Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel -> Social Activity and flag the checkbox next to Blogs Entry. Click Blogs entry.
2. Select 2 participation points and 2 contribution points for User adds a comment.
3. Click the limit link near user adds a comment and select 2 in contribution and participation value drop down. Select 2 times per day.
4. Click X near Reads a Blog and Subscribes to a blog.
5. Select 0 participation points for User votes on a blog.
6. Click Save and go back to liferay.com.
7. Add the User Statistics portlet in the welcome page. Add a page called blogs test page and add the blogs portlet in that page.
8. Publish a blogs entry and publish 2 comments.
9. Publish a third comment.

Expected Result:
User should have 9 participation points.

Actual Result:
User has more than 9 participation points.
