Window does not auto-scroll when drag-n-drop a portlet

Abstract

When many portlets are placed in a column and the user tries to drag-n-drop a new portlet underneath the bottom of the page, the window is not auto-scrolling. On the other hand it is doing so once the portlet is placed on the page.

Reproduction

1. Launch the portal
2. Place 5-6 portlets to the same column
3. Try to drag (but no drop) a new portlet to the bottom of the page.

experienced behaviour

The window is not being auto-scrolled, so you can not place the new portlet to the bottom of the page

expected behaviour

The window should be scrolled
