Japanese Localization hook does not translate Wiki

The Japanese localization hook fails to translate the word wiki in Add panel.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy portal-compat-hook and localization-ja-hook
2. Click Add > More...
3. Add language portlet
4. Click Japanese
5. Click Add > More...
6. Assert Wiki has not translated
