Changing the size of an image posted vial URL in a message board thread does not work

    Details

      Description

When you add an imagine to a forum post via URL you can set the width and height and it displays it correctly while you're composing your message, but as soon as you preview or publish, the manually entered is stripped off and the imagine displays with its original size.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Post a new or reply to a forum message
      2. Include an image within your post (from a URL is easiest)
      3. Manually change the width or height and click OK
      4. Preview or Publish and drop to your knees, look up to the sky and scream "Nooooo!"

      Actual behavior
The image is displayed as it's original size.

      Intended behavior
The image should be resized based on what was manually entered.
