Unable to add long texts to css in pages, when using Oracle database

If your text has more than 4000 characters, it's not possible to save it. An exception is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Go to -> Control Panel -> Site Pages
2 - Select Public Pages
3 - In CSS field put a long CSS script with more then 4000 caracter
4 - Save

Actual Behavior
The following exception is displayed:
"ERROR [org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter] (http--192.168.252.24-8080-15) ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column"
