Git Pull Request:
Issue: The Sites Directory Portlet that is usable by default (by deploying it as a Portlet on a page) within Liferay is not displaying Liferay Sites in alphabetical order. Rather, they are displayed in order of creation.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 4 Sites: Test, Alpha, Omega, and Fire (in that order)
2. Add one page for each of the Sites you created
3. Navigate to any page and add the Sites Directory Portlet
Expected Result: The Sites are listed in alphabetical order.
Actual Result: The Sites are listed in non-alphabetized order.
