Description
Duplicate page listing in Publish to Live Select Page window

Steps to reproduce/Testing done
1. Start Liferay
2. Create a new Site named Site 1
3. Add 5 pages, each as a child to the one previously created. Thus, the hierarchy will be: 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5
4. Enable Local Live Staging
5. Open up the Publish to Live window and Change the selected Pages
6. Notice that Page 2 is duplicated, along with its child pages

Results of Testing
Expected behavior: Listed Pages are not duplicated
Actual behavior: Listed pages are duplicated
