      Description

Issue: User receives "Please enter unique field names" error when he tries to create two new fields for the Web Form, even though the two fields have unique names. And after this error occurs, both fields then reflect the same name.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Add the Web Forms Portlet to a Page
      2. Select the Configuration Cog > Configuration on the Portlet
      3. Add two new text fields in the Portlet by hitting the '+' sign. Name them Test 1 and Test 2
      4. Select Save

Expected Result: The two fields would save and be titled Test 1 and Test 2
Actual Result: Receive a "Please enter unique field names" error in the GUI, and notice that both fields are now named Test 1. It is only after receiving this error that you can edit the second field to be named Test 2 and not receive this behavior.
