There is no error when LiferayInputStream.threshold.size is exceeded

Steps to reproduce

1) Add new web content (the issue is reproducible in Blogs, Message Boards, Document and Media as well)
2) Insert the content of the attached file

Result: save seems works, however there is no notification about that the web content exceeded the maximum allowed content size. If you reopen the web content the content field is empty. (Content size can be tuned by the following portal property:
com.liferay.portal.upload.LiferayFileItem.threshold.size=)
