"uncaught type error" ; "d is null" when changing calender view permissions

      Description

      Browser console errors thrown when trying to change a calendar's view permission.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open up your browser console
      2. Click Add Event to bring up the Add Event iFrame
      3. Click the Permissions select box and select any of the options (Example: Site Members)
      4. Assert errors in the browser console.

      Expected Results:
      You should be able to change permissions without errors.

      Actual results:
      Errors are thrown in the browser console
      On Firefox:

      TypeError: d is null

      On Chrome:

      Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'set' of null

      Note for QA: This issue currently blocks automated testing of calendar event view permissions
