NTLM in IE11: User is not redirected automatically after first login

Issue:
User is not redirected automatically after first login.
It works fine in IE 8, IE 9, IE 10.
Affect master, ee-6.2.x, ee-6.1.x.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure LDAP and NTLM.
2. Clean cache and then open IE 11.
3. Attempt to sign in by NTLM.

Expected result:
Redirect automatically.

Actual result:
After login, the user is still at original page.
Click sign in, nothing happens.
Go to http://localhost:8080/web/guest/home, then go back to http://localhost:8080/ and click sign in, the user is redirected.
