      Description

      The solr-web plugin may have performance issues due to the default commit strategy. More specifically, we commit after each add/update/delete request sent to Solr.
      According to forum thread (https://in.liferay.com/web/global.engineering/forums/-/message_boards/message/2507730) we should remove the following clause from solr-spring.xml, so that the actual behavior will rely upon the Solr server configuration for when to execute a commit.

      <property name="commit" value="true" />
