      Description

      1. From an iOS mobile device, sign in and add a Documents and Media Portlet to a page
      2. Upload a Basic Document
      3. Choose File and select "Take Photo or Video"
      4. Tap Publish

      Expected result:
User is prompted to add a Title, the photo or video taken is still selected

      Actual result:
User is prompted to add a Title, but the photo that was taken is no longer selected and is not saved by iOS

This issue is not reproducible on a Desktop, as no Title will use the name of the file uploaded, and on Android devices, Android gives it a default name. It appears that for iOS, the picture is just saved as a temporary file that is lost once Portal is no longer referencing it. This issue does not affect videos, videos are saved with a default name "capturedvideo.MOV" while the pictures receive the messages "Your request failed to complete" and "Please enter a unique document name"
