Mousing over in wiki tooltip shows html

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Wiki in Control Panel
2. Click "Main"
3. Hover over the "Approved" status in the "FrontPage" row

Expected results:
A non html tooltip should appear

Actual results:
html appears in the tooltip. This affects other tooltips, but not all of them.
