Currently calendar action buttons are all piled up and there are EIGHT action buttons, which occupies the whole mobile screen (see screenshot).
We need to take action on this in order to make the calendar fully responsive. Some actions we can take:
- Merge Day, Week, Month and Agenda under a single menu button (like the view mode menu in document library or web content management)
- Fix two buttons that appear in blank (see screenshot) - what are those for?
- Make buttons share line (don't use a button per line, but two buttons per line)
- Make monthly preview collapsible so that it doesn't take the first screen for the user
More things can be done, but this would be a good starting point to get the conversation started
