Page redirects do not work correctly when setting virtual.hosts.valid.hosts property

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the following property to your ip address in portal.ext.properties:

   virtual.hosts.valid.hosts
   

2. Navigate to the portal instance through the ip address
3. Navigate to the Users and Organizations portlet
4. Add a user

Expected results:
After adding a user, upon clicking save, the page should reload to the Edit User page

Actual results:
The page reloads again to the Add User page. The user is added, and success message appears, but the other options don't appear.
