1. Add Dynamic Data List Display portlet
2. Click Add List
3. Click 'Select' for the Data Definition
4. Click 'Add'
5. Add a Date field.
6. Click the Date field.

Expected result:
Date picker should appear.

Actual result:
Empty popover appears and there is a JavaScript error coming from calendar-base.js line 1096
