Description

508 Compliance must allow users to "tab" through page elements. The Documents and Media portlet did not allow this.

There are 508 compliancy issues with Docs and Media in Liferay 6.1 GA2 EE regarding Missing form Labels and Alternative texts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain WAVE tool from Firefox.
2. Launch portal and review the screenshots of Documents and Media and inspect the page with WAVE.
3. Notice the 508 compliancy issues.

Expected Results: Elements should be 508 compliant.
Actual Results: Elements are not 508 compliant.
