Wiki - Cannot import category pages

1. Use the attached "Wikipedia-20140901103929.xml", or export a category wiki page :
a) Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Export
b) Type Category:Performing_arts (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Performing_arts) and hit the Export button.

2. Try to import the xml file to the wiki portlet
(Control Panel -> Wiki - > Actions:Import Pages)

Result: Wiki is temporarily unavailable message on the UI and exceptions in the logs
