STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.- Add a file to Documents and Media
2.- Instance Documents and Media Display
3.- Click on the file to get file's details
4.- Click on "WebDAV URL"

ACTUAL RESULT
The tooltip shows the link as HTML code

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not be displayed as text and it should be rendered as tezt
