Tomcat 7.0.42 + MySQL 5.5.42. Portal master GIT ID: 45fc2cee51cc37a177b303b3858af5a9a599eb6d.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a regular role called "Global Web Content Admin" and a site role called "Web Content Admin"
- For each define permissions > Site Administration > Content > Web Content, Flag 'Access in Site Administration' and Save
- Create a user
- Assign regular role to user
- Create a user
- Assign site role to user
- Sign in as the regular user
- Sign in as the site user
Expected result:
Both users will be able to Navigate to Admin > Content.
Actual result:
Neither user is able to Navigate to Admin > Content. The Admin link does not even show up.
